Capabilities

Billing & money

Rate cards

Per-premises storage pricing with a default arrears or advance cadence and per-cask-type overrides. There is no delete: a rate card stays on record once created.

Billing runs

Run a premises and period to produce a batch of draft invoices, reviewed on the run page while it works, then issued all in one action.

Invoices

Line items, full or partial payments, a deliberately separate void action, and a real downloadable PDF, not a placeholder.

Arrears worklist

Overdue accounts in one list, with capability-gated override and forced-sale actions. Insurance valuations recorded against the cask feed a companion under-insurance queue the same way.

Duty disbursements

When the keeper pays W5 duty on an owner's behalf, marking the warrant paid automatically raises a recharge on the owner's billing account for the same amount.

Accounting exports

A file bridge into Xero, Sage 50 or QuickBooks Online, with explicit tax and nominal-code mappings: generation refuses by name rather than guessing at an unmapped treatment. It's a CSV export you import yourself, not a live OAuth sync.
